So different as we are – 7 ethnicities at Black Sea

The overall objective of the project was to promote good interactions between people and local communities in the border area.

Results: Organization of 3 festivals (including the parades); the presence of more than 23 000 persons at the parade form Reni-Vaslui-Hancesti; participation of at list one folk ensemble/artist from every ethnic group; organization of 3 conferences; the acquisition of a number of equipments and supplies (folk costumes, musical instruments, office equipment); an informed public on the cross-border EU funding opportunities; dissemination of promoting materials (banners, brochures, posters, press release, also a documentary movie).

This project is funded in the framework of Joint Operational Programme “Romania-Ukraine-Republic of Moldova 2007-2013”.
