23-25 of September, 2021, 25 young people from Ukraine, Odesa region, who attended the theoretical module of Social Entrepreneurship Training, in July 2021, continued the training with a practical module in Izmail with the participation of qualified Romanian trainers.
During the event, participants actively worked with all important parts of the business plan and demonstrated high awareness and knowledge about the features of social entrepreneurship that were obtained during the theoretical part of the course.
The training was conducted by speakers with practical experience in implementing global projects in the social sphere. They paid special attention to such complex issues as marketing research, analysis of key beneficiaries and target markets, and also considered the need to implement strategic planning from the first days of the company’s existence.
